Neither MTS or TSR has provided a contributory forum for people to learn to make things for Sims 4, to advance their ability to make things for Sims 4, or to network well with others who are Sims 4 creators.
Neither of these site owners has contributed much in the way of good things for Sims 4. That purpose is to make money for the site owners.
My personal feeling is that both MTS and TSR accept uploads from creators for one purpose and one purpose only.
